Iniciamos la jornada de hoy con el precio del tipo de cambio entre 23.33 y 23.34, cerca del mínimo de la noche. Durante el fin de semana, la OPEP y los países aliados llegaron a un acuerdo con el cual disminuirán la producción de petróleo en 9.7 millones de barriles al día. Esto es un hecho histórico, con lo que se espera que el precio del petróleo pueda subir durante los próximos meses, Los cortes empezaran el primero de mayo. El WTI opera sobre los $23 USD por barril.
Las Bolsas en Asia
cerraron mixtas, entre -2.33% y +3.46%, mientras que, en Europa, los
mercados se encuentran cerrados por la Pascua. Los futuros de
apertura para las bolsas en América se encuentran mixtos por el
momento.
El Coronavirus ha
alcanzado ya los 1,863,406 casos a nivel mundial y 115,225 muertes.
Estados Unidos sigue siendo el país con más casos, 557,590, seguido
por España con 169,496 e Italia con 156,363 casos. En México el
número de casos positivos ha llegado a los 4,661 con 296 muertes.
Esta semana se llevará a cabo la reunión anual de primavera del FMI
y el Banco Mundial, en donde uno de los principales objetivos será
buscar la forma de tratar de frenar la crisis mundial causada por el
coronavirus.
El Euro opera sobre
1.0915 mientras que la Libra se encuentra sobre 1.25 y el Peso opera
sobre 23.65.

OPEC and allies
agree on an historic oil production cut, 9.7 million barrels per day.
This is the single largest output cut in history. The cut will begin
on May 1st and will extend through the end of June, then from July
through the end of 2020 the cuts will taper to 7.7 million barrels
per day, and 5.8 million barrels per day from January 2021 through
April 2022. The 23 nation group will meet again on June 10 to
determine if further actions are needed. Mexico will be cutting its
production by 100,000 barrels a day. WTI is around $23 USD per
barrel.
Stock markets in
Asia closed mixed, between -2.33% and +3.46% while Europeans are
closed because of Easter, and futures in Americas are expecting a
mixed opening.
Coronavirus has
