For Epi-Curious Foodies Only

And while enjoying the Eastern Townships region ...

Visit a very singular vineyard.

Domaine Bergeville.

The concept of extreme viticulture truly reaches its apex here, between intense cold spells with temperatures dropping to -30°C in winter and heatwaves as intense as 30°C in summer.

Snow, frost, and a short maturation period all affect the vines’ fragile equilibrium.

The best way to understand why Quebec is so well suited for producing sparkling wines is to take a walk through the vineyard with the winegrower.

Go back in time to discover the fascinating history of the traditional Champenoise method in Domaine Bergeville.
